Description
This NEW Composite Training and Testing Flawed Specimen Kit is an introduction tool for Aluminum Sheet / Aluminum Core composites with multiple flaw mechanisms and typical flaws found in this composite’s manufacturing. This kit was designed and manufactured with input from industry SME experts. Another first for our industry.
The Kit exposes the trainee or technician to a wide range of 14 various flaw types.
There are 14 Individual Specimens with a unique flaw found in each. Flaws range from Deformed Core, Condensed Core, Wrinkled Core, Blown (Missing Glue Film), Node-Bond Failure, Core to Skin Disbond, Core Corrosion/Erosion, Adhesive Porosity, Crushed Core, Drilled Core, Repair/Modification, Release Agent, Plastic Patch Repair and Paper Patch Repair. It also comes with our complete document package included.
