This NEW Composite Training and Testing Flawed Specimen Kit is a great introduction tool for the Carbon fiber Laminate composites with multiple sizes of Disbonds, a typical flaw found in composite manufacturing. This kit was designed and manufactured with input from industry SME experts and was vetted using customer feedback from the reviewers to finalize this kit into its current form. Another first for our industry.
The Kit exposes the trainee or technician to specific composite scenarios
These 3 Individual Specimens will have 0-4 Flaws each. Flaws are all Disbonds. Carbon Fiber Laminate thickness – 0.25”. (No Cores) It also comes with our complete document package included.

- (1) CK-3-1: 25” T x 8” x 8” Solid Carbon Fiber Laminate Flaw – Blank (No Flaws)
- (1) CK-3-2: 25” T x 8” x 8” Solid Carbon Fiber Laminate Flaw – Delamination
- (1) CK-3-3: 25” T x 8” x 8” Solid Carbon Fiber Laminate Flaw – Delamination
- Specimens will be identified with a serial number
