Kit Specifications:
- Material, polyurethane (gray color)
- Designed to be very light weight for ease of transport.
- 4 specimens,
- 2 Side Bend specimens with 4 bends each for a total of 8 Side Bends.
- 2 Longitudinal Bend specimens with 4 bends each for a total of 8 Longitudinal Bends.
- All welds are a nominal Single V Groove bevel.
- Flaws / Indications, each specimen contains approximately ~3 to 5 indications for a total of 15+ indications. Some bends have no flaws.

- Please note the flaws / indications are intended to be “borderline” acceptable or rejectable. The end user (CWI) must make that determination.
- These specimens can be used in conjunction with the following codes; AWS D1.1 & D1.5, ASME and API weld inspection.
